QUALITY SPECIFICATION
-Hand made products such as pottery would have a tolerance of 2% in dimensions and colors.

MINIMUM ORDER
-Minimum order for export is one 20 (twenty foot) container.
-No Minimum order for local delivery.

PACKAGING
-Different type of packaging is available : Palletising, Crate, Loose,Partial shipment etc.
-For other methods of packaging, please inform us 7 days prior to shipment.

DELIVERY TIME
-Delivery time is normally 14 days if stocks are available.
-Place for delivery need to be informed 7 days prior to the delivery date.



    PAYMENT METHODS
    -Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight or ;
    -Telegraphic Transfer (50/50 basis) or ;
    -International Bank Cheques or ;
    -Other terms of payment as agreed in writing.

    PRODUCT QUOTE VALIDITY
    -25 days from the date of quotation.
